Matt Dowell, A.A.E., is the Executive Director of the Golden Triangle Regional Airport. Dowell received both his Bachelor of Commercial Aviation and Masters in Aviation Management from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. He is an Accredited Airport Executive who has been involved in airport management since 2012. He is also an FAA licensed Flight Instructor and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle pilot. In addition, he volunteers with the local Civil Air Patrol.

Robin Y. McCormick, CPA/PFS, represents the City of West Point and Clay County to the GTRA Board. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, she is a Partner with Watkins, Ward & Stafford, PLLC, a public accounting firm with offices in nine locations in northeast Mississippi.

Frank Chiles serves as the City of Starkville representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of Mississippi State University and a retired colonel in the Mississippi National Guard, he is currently an Agent with State Farm Insurance.

Gawyn Mitchell serves as the City of Columbus representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Mississippi Law School, he is a shareholder at the Gawyn Mitchell Law Firm in Columbus.

William B. (Trey) Breckenridge III serves as the Oktibbeha County representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of Mississippi State University, he is the Interim Chief Technology Transformation Officer and Director High Performance Computing at Mississippi State University.

James L. (Jay) Fisher serves as the Lowndes County representative to the GTRA Board. A graduate of Mississippi State University, and the Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, he is the County Administrator for the Lowndes County Government and a retired Colonel from the United States Air Force.
